Like all dealers, North Park Subaru faced unprecedented business challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic as service appointments dropped by nearly 50%. And, with a new service director in the driver’s seat, they needed results fast. North Park Subaru partnered with Auto Labs’ Full Service Marketing and SophiCX to drive revenue without adding an operational burden on the current staff. Sophi CX did not simply allow North Park Mazda to respond to the pandemic; rather, North Park Subaru excelled and generated over $50,588.61 of additional revenue despite the devastating economic impacts COVID-19 had on the economy. Whatsmore, Subaru was able to grow their business without adding additional support staff and become number one in their region for recalls.

North Park Subaru partnered with Auto Labs to mine, scrub, design, and measure recall campaigns. The Auto Labs team built a comprehensive list of recall opportunities in their PMA using proprietary recall tracking methods and worked with the North Park Subaru Leadership team to design, operationally plan, and measure customer appointments and revenue.
Whatsmore, the Auto Labs Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard provided managers with real-time key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of appointments scheduled, revenue generated from closed ROs, and other valuable insights that improved operational efficiency for the BDC Agents.
